1. Can a SCPOA member use Record Range Clubhouse for a private party?

2. Can non-SCPOA members use Record Range for training when a SCPOA agency is putting on training?

1. Can a SCPOA member use Record Range Clubhouse for a private party?
a. Yes, as a member you will be charged the current member rate, plus a security deposit and completed rental agreement.

2. Can non-SCPOA members use Record Range for training when a SCPOA agency is putting on training?
a. Yes, but they will have to pay the ďnon-member attending agency trainingĒ fee and sign the Release Liability Form.

3. Can a SCPOA member bring a guest to the range for target practice?
a. Yes, as long as the SCPOA member is present and they sign the Release Liability Form.

4. Do retired SCPOA members need to schedule their use for the range?
a. No, the ranges are on a first come, first serve basis for retirees, but law enforcement agencies have priority and are scheduled on the on-line calendar.

5. Can a non-SCPOA member rent Record Range Clubhouse and/or Ranges?
a. Yes, but this requires SCPOA Board of Directors approval, pay the current non member rate, security deposit, complete a rental agreement, and provide an insurance rider naming SCPOA.

6. Can I join SCPOA as a retired law enforcement officer from outside Shasta County or even out of state?
a. Yes, you will need to show proof of retirement with an ID card from your agency and pay the current retiree yearly or lifetime membership fee.

7. Can I attend the monthly SCPOA dinner if Iím not a member?
a. Yes, the dinners are open to non-members, as you pay at the door.

8. Can a non-SCPOA member, qualify under HR 218 or department requirement?
a. Yes, but you will have to contact a current SCPOA Law Enforcement Agency, follow their guidelines and pay SCPOA the current daily use fee and sign the Release Liability Form.
